Food Challenge

In health class we have been assigned to keep track of what we eat and how many calories so I challenge you folks out there to keep track of what you eat for 1 day. At the end of the day tally up all the calories and if you are around 2000 calories you are good. It all depends on your activity. Having sports for a couple of hours will burn a lot of calories so you will need to eat more calories. Elite athletes eat A LOT!!! The Rock Johnson eats 6500 calories a day and most of that is protein to build muscle. An elite swimmer Michael Phelps eats over 10000 calories every day while he is training during the olympics. So if you eat around 2000 calories a day you are all set for a healthy day and it is also kind of cool to see how many calories are in things you wouldn’t expect.
