Fitness Testing

End of the year fitness testing is going on today and they are seeing if you have

gotten stronger after the course of the year. A lot of kids did seem to get stronger and

they have improved over the course of the year. Here are a couple of things that we

have to do… We have to do the shuttle run, push ups, sit ups, bar hangs, and the sit

and reach. Each thing is harder on people that weigh a little more because they have to

carry more weight with each thing they do.
